VillaQuest Garden Homes are being developed by a locally owned family enterprise serving the needs and lifestyle interests of the community of Beaver, Utah.  Before starting the VillaQuest project in Utah, Bonnie Wyman and her husband operated a successful commercial testing, inspection, and quality control firm, and a real estate development company in Southern California from 1973 through 1998.  In 1998, they sold their businesses and moved to Utah. What had been a long time dream to create a unique community of Garden Homes in beautiful Beaver, Utah finally became a reality in 2001.
